New Meadows Golf Club Topsfield is hiring part-time seasonal inside and outside staff. Shifts average six hours and can sometimes begin at 6 am and end at 8 pm.

Work schedule will include some weekends and holidays. You need to be comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments. Customer service experience and basic golf knowledge is very helpful.

All hires must perform at the highest level of ethical work standards and need to be trusted to maintain confidentially of all New Meadows Golf Club information.

Golf is a fun recreational sport and to ensure such, there needs to be an orderly flow of play onto the course. Staff members need to work together to enforce all course rules and regulations and provide golfers with updates and communications regarding pace of play, status of tee times, course conditions and other pertinent information.

Both inside and outside staff must work together to coordinate the flow of the golfers, by greeting the golfers, asking for their tee time and name it is under. Golfers first stop should always be the check-in payment window.

There are start up and end of the day paperwork and cleaning procedures for all staff members. There are many overlapping duties for both the inside and outside staff and you may be required to perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned or requested by the clubhouse manager. The goal at New Meadows is to work as a team.
