USGA Rules Govern All Play
Local Rules
Out of bounds: Please do not trespass onto condo property. After clearing number 7, please ring the bell at the water hazzard.
Tee Times
May be reserved up to 5 days in advance over the phone and 7 days in person.
• Visit in Person or Call our Clubhouse 978-887-9307 to book Tee Time.
• All players in your group must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your reserved tee time. Groups not arriving on time risk having their tee time assigned to another group.
No Single Golfers
We do not take tee times or walk-ons for single golfers.
Dress
Proper golf attire required. Shirts must have collars and shorts must be Bermuda length. Tank tops and flip flops are not permitted.
Food & Beverage
All food and beverages consumed on the property must be purchased from the clubhouse. Alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited.
Payment
Each golfer must pay 15 mins before their tee time (using cash or check only; an ATM is available on site) pay at the window. A valid driver’s license is required to rent a golf cart.
